4. What is your pricing?
Every client receives custom pricing built around their specific business model, as well as their shipping and fulfillment needs. Our team of fulfillment advisors will help you determine service specifications and develop a custom pricing proposal to meet your needs.
5. What type of insurance do I need?
RSL carries insurance to protect your inventory against accidental damages caused by minor incidents such as water damage. It is recommended that each company purchase business personal property insurance.

7. Do you handle products classified as hazmat?
We ship non-fully regulated hazardous materials that can be re-classified either as Consumer Commodities (ORM-D) or Limited Quantity, as well as Lithium Ion Batteries (contained in equipment, packed with equipment and standalone). 8. What carriers do you work with?
We ship via FedEx, DHL Express, UPS, and USPS.
9. How do I get my product to you?
Once we have you onboarded, you’ll work with our freight team to transport your domestic and international goods to our fulfillment facilities.
10. What platforms do you integrate with?
RSL has built-in integrations with the following ecommerce platforms:
- Walmart Marketplace
For platforms not listed, clients may integrate via the RSL API.
11. Can you help with inbound and/or outbound freight?
Yes, we have a freight brokerage team that can assist with any freight needs, including domestic and international transport.
12. What are your minimums?
Our monthly volume requirement is 500 orders with a 90 day history supporting it.
13. Why should I use RSL SmartFreight?
RSL SmartFreight serves a similar role as an internal transportation department. We work with carriers and shipping and fulfillment service providers to manage the scheduling and movement of products from point A to point B.
14. How will I benefit by using RSL SmartFreight?
Often times, the benefit for a company is time and money savings. Instead of making numerous calls to find a carrier, the company only has to make one call to RSL SmartFreight. In turn, RSL SmartFreight does the work to find and negotiate with carriers. We offer our clients greater flexibility, industry expertise and knowledge, large networks of carrier resources and better technology capabilities.

17. What types of freight shipments do you handle?
SmartFreight handles Small Parcel, LTL (less-than truckload), TL (truckload), Air, Ocean, and Intermodal.
18. How do I pay for freight?
Your SmartFreight charges will appear on your Monthly Service Invoice for current RSL clients. For non-RSL clients, you can pay by Credit Card, One Time or Recurring.
