Deliver Spirit of National Finals Rodeo to Local Youth and Volunteers for the Diamonds in the Rough Program through Significant Clothing Donation by A3 Merchandise/ProRodeo Gear and Fulfillment Services by Webgistix

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA — July 12, 2011 — ProRodeo Gear, the official outfitter of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, and Webgistix Corp., the global leader in eCommerce order fulfillment, today announced the donation of thousands of clothing items to the White Horse Youth (WHY) Ranch in Nevada to support its Diamonds In the Rough Program. WHY Ranch is a non-profit organization founded by Amy Meyer through a generous donation from the Paul E and Helen S Meyer Foundation.

A3 Merchandise/ProRodeo Gear made a significant donation ranging from fleece jackets and t-shirts to caps and lightweight jackets, all picked and packaged by Webgistix at its West Coast Fulfillment Center located in Henderson, Nevada.

“A3 Merchandise/ProRodeo Gear is a great example of a socially responsible eCommerce retailer with customers around the world that is transacting business online, supported by Webgistix Fulfillment operations here in Vegas,“ said Joseph DiSorbo, CEO of Webgistix, headquartered in Las Vegas. “Promoting WHY Ranch, with their focus on youth through a program centered around horses, was a perfect fit for ProRodeo Gear to gain operational efficiencies while also giving back to the local community.”

ProRodeo Gear is the official outfitter of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. An event held over the course of 10 days, the National Finals Rodeo is the world’s premiere rodeo competition and more than 200,000 fans come to Las Vegas every year to watch it.

“During a recent business review of our merchandise strategy with Webgistix, we discussed how we could put our excess stock to the best use and benefit of the local community,” said Jon Elliot, Partner of Nashville, TN based, A3 Merchandise/ProRodeo Gear. “As the event merchandiser for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, which is the Super Bowl of the Rodeo held annually every December in Las Vegas, A3 Merchandise/Pro Rodeo Gear worked with Webgistix to find a local organization that resonates with the principles and values that the Rodeo represents in American culture.”

Children and volunteers in the Diamonds in the Rough program, which is dedicated to providing underprivileged children with a chance to learn life-skills and to form a deep connection with a horse, will use the Rodeo merchandise clothing. The WHY Ranch was established in 2007 as a specialized after-school program to give underprivileged youths aged 8 – 18 a chance to love and care for a horse, and to receive that love and care in return.

“The generous donation of clothing items from ProRodeo Gear and fulfillment services from Webgistix is an ideal complement to the White Horse Youth Ranch,” said Peggy Paullin, Executive Director of WHY Ranch. “At WHY Ranch we incorporate the well-documented benefits of horseback riding and horse care, into our Diamonds in the Rough Program whose mission to provide an enriched learning environment for children, where shy and quiet children can build a personal connection with a horse without pressure, expectations, or judgments.” You can find out more about the WHY Ranch and its programs at http://www.whyranch.com/.
