ATLANTA – August 6, 2012 — Webgistix Corporation, the global leader in eCommerce order fulfillment, today announced that it has completed an engagement with the Georgia Quick Start® program, which helped Webgistix accelerate its new employee training for every role in its distribution centers to meet the growing demand for order fulfillment services in the Atlanta facility.

The latest version of Webgistix SmartFill is being demonstrated in kiosk #21 at the X.commerce Innovate Developer Conference this week in San Francisco.

“The state of Georgia has been a tremendous partner since we opened our Atlanta fulfillment center last year,” said Joseph DiSorbo, CEO of Webgistix. “Economic development programs like Quick Start are so beneficial because they provide resources to help us review and refine our existing processes and optimize the performance of new employees. Our eCommerce clients are the big winners.

“At Quick Start, we’re very pleased to be Webgistix’s partner in helping to bring good jobs to Georgians,” said Jackie Rohosky, Technical College System of Georgia assistant commissioner for economic development programs and head of Quick Start. “Webgistix is an extremely innovative company and a wonderful addition to Georgia’s thriving logistics industry.”

Webgistix introduced its 2-Day Delivery Model in 2011 as an alternative to Amazon Prime with the addition of its Southeast Fulfillment Center in Atlanta. Through the Webgistix network of Fulfillment Centers in New York, Nevada and Atlanta, eCommerce retailers can achieve fast and accurate order fulfillment that helps build trust and loyalty and also drive referrals among their customers.
